What exactly do I get?
A PDF designed to read on a phone. You download it the moment you pay — the link is on the confirmation page and in your email. It's yours to keep, print and re-read as often as you like.
How long does it take to read?
Most guides are one sitting, around 45 minutes if you read every page. Each product page lists the page count and what's inside. Each chapter ends with the thing to actually do, so you can start the same evening without finishing the whole book first.
How does payment work?
You enter your email and billing details at checkout, then you're taken to Pesapal's secure payment page to pay by card. Pesapal handles the payment, so we never see or store your card details. Once it goes through, your download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives by email.
Can I get a refund?
No. It's an instant download — once you have the file, you have it. That's why every guide page shows you the contents, the page count and exactly who it's written for before you spend anything. If you're not sure a guide fits, ask us first and we'll tell you honestly.
Who writes these?
We do. They're built from published research — the sources are named at the back of every guide, so you can check the work rather than take our word for it.
Do I need an account?
No. Buy as a guest and the download link still reaches you by email. An account just makes it easier to find your past downloads later.
What if the download doesn't arrive?
Check your spam folder first — that's where it usually is. If it's genuinely not there, message us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll send the file directly.
Can I share it with a friend?
Your household, yes — partner, co-parent, the other adult in the house. Beyond that, no: guides are licensed for one household's personal use and can't be resold, republished or redistributed. Full terms are on the licence page.
Can I print it?
Yes. It's a normal PDF with no printing restrictions. Plenty of people print the checklists and stick them on the fridge.

Which currency am I charged in?
Checkout shows you the exact amount and currency before you confirm. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate on top — that part is between you and them.
